By accessing and using XSPACESTREAM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the service.

2. Description of Service

XSPACESTREAM provides a platform for AI-powered transcription, analysis, and insights from X/Twitter Spaces. Our services allow users to convert X Space audio into comprehensive transcriptions with AI-driven analysis tools.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of XSPACESTREAM and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of XSPACESTREAM.

You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

5. User Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material. You are responsible for the content you upload to the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting content to the service, you grant us the right to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the service. You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service:

• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful.

7. Payment Terms

XSPACESTREAM offers subscription plans with different features and limitations. By selecting a paid subscription, you agree to pay the subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a subscription and will cover the use of that service for the subscription period as indicated.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the applicable subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable subscription fee using any payment method we have on record for you.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall XSPACESTREAM, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the service.
